Ric is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Licensed Physical Therapist. He grew up in Denton, Kansas and attended undergraduate school at Washburn University and graduated in 1991.

He has a physical therapy and fitness practice,Interactive Physical Therapy and Fitness Center which includes a 7200 square foot public access fitness center and physical therapy clinic here in Topeka Kansas.
